Sustainable Procurement Policy
ARK HOLDINGS fulfills the responsibility to the environment and society by promoting sustainable procurement. In procurement, we select environmentally friendly products and services, and promote the use of sustainable resources. We also emphasize ethical behavior throughout our supply chain and work with our clients and partners to build sustainable business models. In addition, we consider our impact on local communities and practice procurement with due consideration for local communities and workers. Our sustainable procurement policy contributes to the sustainable development of society as a whole and is at the core of our business.

ARK HOLDINGS aims to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through a co-creation approach with our clients and partners. This approach identifies Goal 17 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), “Achieve the Goals in Partnership,” as our company-wide materiality, and we are working to solve social issues through cooperation with various stakeholders.
Additionally, in our core business activities through IT consulting, we have identified Goal 9 of the SDGs, “Let's build a foundation for industry and technology,” as our materiality, aiming to develop industries and strengthen social infrastructure through digital technology. In particular, we promote the digital transformation (DX) of our client companies and help them build sustainable business foundations.
Furthermore, in our corporate activities, ARK HOLDINGS emphasizes the growth and wellbeing of each and every employee, and focuses on human resource development that balances “job satisfaction” and “economic growth”. ARK HOLDINGS has defined “both job satisfaction and economic growth” as an important materiality. This creates an environment where employees can grow sustainably and contribute both socially and economically.
